3. Quotes, Approvals & Payments

All project scopes, pricing, and timelines are provided in a formal quote or proposal after initial consultation.
Work begins only after you accept the quote.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you must pay any deposit, milestone, or full payment as specified in the quote before work commences.
If you fail to make payment when due, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate work.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate, up-to-date information when asked (e.g. via our online form).
Provide feedback, approvals, and any materials (text, images, branding assets) promptly.
Comply with applicable laws and regulations for any content or materials you supply.

5. Deliverables and Revisions

We will deliver services or assets (e.g. design, website, branding) according to the scope and schedule agreed in the quotation.
Revisions will be provided as per the agreement. Any additional requests beyond the agreed scope may require a change order or extra fees.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, you will receive the rights to the final deliverables (designs, code, content) as agreed in the contract.
We reserve the right to showcase the work in our portfolio (unless otherwise agreed).
Any pre-existing materials or third-party assets provided by you remain your property (unless otherwise specified), but you grant us a license to use them to complete the project.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all your business information, materials, and project details as confidential. We will not share, sell, or disclose your data to third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

We strive to deliver high-quality, professional services, but we do not guarantee specific results (e.g., rankings, traffic, conversions) unless explicitly stated in the contract.
We are not responsible for third-party changes (e.g. search engine algorithm updates) that may impact performance.
We make no warranties (express or implied) about the Site, the services, or deliverables being error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibrant Media (and its employees or contractors) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
